Circuit Assembly Corp NC/NR Policy

Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable Policy Statement;

This Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing transactions between Circuit Assembly Corp (“Supplier”) and (“Customer”). This Policy is applicable to all orders for goods and services placed by the Customer with the Supplier.

1. Non-Cancelable:

Once an order is placed and confirmed by both parties, it cannot be canceled or modified without the mutual written consent of both the Supplier and the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that orders involve the allocation of resources, production scheduling, and commitments to suppliers, which makes cancellations disruptive to the Supplier’s operations.

2. Non-Returnable:

Products and services provided by the Supplier under this Policy are considered non-returnable. The Customer acknowledges that the products and services may be customized, tailored, or specialized according to the Customer’s requirements, rendering them unsuitable for resale. Consequently, the Supplier shall not accept returns or provide refunds for products and services delivered in accordance with the order.

3. Exceptions:

In cases where the delivered products are found to be defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the agreed specifications, the Supplier will work with the Customer to address such issues. The Customer must notify the Supplier of any such discrepancies within ten days of receipt of the products or services. In such cases, the Supplier may, at its sole discretion, provide remedies such as repairs, replacements, or refunds.
