Insulation Displacement Ultra ATA/UDMA Cable Assemblies
CA's patented ATAS® Ultra ATA 80-conductor cable assemblies meet the requirements of the SFF-8049 specification. Although these connectors have the same 40-pin form factor as those of IDE cables, 33 signal wires and 47 ground wires allow the implementation of the standardized Ultra ATA interconnect scheme. The patented ground bus in each connector reduces cross talk and eliminates system errors.
